Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MeshMAX. Please read them — using the platform means you agree to them.

MeshMAX (“MeshMax”, “we”, “us”) is a no-code platform for building and publishing interactive 3D and AR experiences for the web, operated by Sajjad Sabour. These terms apply to meshmax.app, the Studio at studio.meshmax.app, published viewers, and our API (together, the “Service”).

01Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using MeshMax for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

02Your account

You need an account to use most features. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You can deactivate your account in the dashboard (Account & Plan): your published scenes and pages go offline and nothing is deleted; signing in again brings everything back. You can also delete your account there: it is deleted 7 days after you ask, and you can cancel it until then from the email we send or from Account & Plan.

03Your content

You keep all ownership of the models, images, audio, and scenes you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to render your scenes, publish viewers you choose to publish, and run AI features you trigger. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for content you have published publicly while it remains live.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it and to grant the licence above.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to use.
Use the Service to store or distribute malware, or to harm, harass, or deceive others.
Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its security.
Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our permission.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

05AI features

MeshMax includes AI features that generate 3D models, images, or video from inputs you provide. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for how you use the outputs. Generated results may be processed by third-party AI providers and are subject to their terms. AI outputs can be imperfect or unexpected, and you should review them before relying on them.

06Publishing and embedding

When you publish a scene, you are making it available at a public URL and may embed it on third-party platforms such as Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or your own site. You are responsible for how and where you embed your published scenes and for compliance with those platforms’ rules.

07Our intellectual property

The Service — including the Studio, the viewer runtime, the website, and our branding — belongs to MeshMax. These terms do not give you any rights to our software or brand beyond using the Service as intended.

08Beta and availability

MeshMax is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost — please keep your own backups of important files.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeshMax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or, if you use a free plan, to a nominal amount.

10Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

We always warn before we delete an account. We email the account’s address first, and the account is deleted only after the notice period:

Inactive accounts: a free account with no projects or pages that has not been used for 12 months may be deleted. We email 30 days before; signing in, or “Keep my account” in the email, keeps it.
A breach of these terms: we may suspend the account at once and delete it after at least 7 days’ notice. If you think it is a mistake, reply to that email before the date.

Content that is illegal or harmful may be taken offline at once, without deleting the account.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and tell you in the dashboard. We record which version of these terms you accepted, and when. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12Governing law

We will specify the governing law and venue for these terms before MeshMax leaves beta. Until then, these terms are interpreted reasonably and in good faith, and nothing here limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.

MeshMAX (“MeshMax”, “biz”), web için etkileşimli 3D ve AR deneyimleri oluşturup yayınlamaya yarayan, kod gerektirmeyen bir platformdur ve Sajjad Sabour tarafından işletilmektedir. Bu koşullar meshmax.app, studio.meshmax.app adresindeki Studio, yayınlanan görüntüleyiciler ve API’miz (birlikte “Hizmet”) için geçerlidir.

01Bu koşulların kabulü

Bir hesap oluşturarak ya da Hizmet’i kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul edersiniz. MeshMax’i bir kuruluş adına kullanıyorsanız, bu koşulları onun adına kabul etmeye yetkili olduğunuzu onaylarsınız.

02Hesabınız

Çoğu özelliği kullanmak için bir hesaba ihtiyacınız vardır. Doğru bilgi vermeli ve girişinizi güvende tutmalısınız; hesabınız altındaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Hizmet’i kullanmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız.

Hesabınızı panelden (Hesap ve Plan) devre dışı bırakabilirsiniz: yayınlanmış sahneleriniz ve sayfalarınız çevrimdışı olur, hiçbir şey silinmez; yeniden giriş yaptığınızda her şey geri gelir. Hesabınızı oradan silebilirsiniz de: istediğinizden 7 gün sonra silinir ve o zamana kadar gönderdiğimiz e-postadan ya da Hesap ve Plan’dan iptal edebilirsiniz.

03İçeriğiniz

Yüklediğiniz ya da oluşturduğunuz modellerin, görsellerin, seslerin ve sahnelerin (“İçeriğiniz”) tüm sahipliği sizde kalır. Bize, İçeriğinizi yalnızca Hizmet’i sizin için çalıştırmak amacıyla barındırmak, depolamak, işlemek ve göstermek için sınırlı bir lisans verirsiniz — örneğin sahnelerinizi render etmek, yayınlamayı seçtiğiniz görüntüleyicileri yayınlamak ve başlattığınız yapay zekâ özelliklerini çalıştırmak için. Bu lisans, içeriği sildiğinizde ya da hesabınızı kapattığınızda sona erer; herkese açık olarak yayınladığınız içerik ise yayında kaldığı sürece bunun dışındadır.

İçeriğinizden siz sorumlusunuz ve onu kullanma ve yukarıdaki lisansı verme haklarına sahip olduğunuzu onaylarsınız.

04Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Yasa dışı, hak ihlali içeren ya da kullanma hakkına sahip olmadığınız içerik yüklemek.
Hizmet’i kötü amaçlı yazılım depolamak ya da dağıtmak veya başkalarına zarar vermek, onları taciz etmek ya da aldatmak için kullanmak.
Hizmet’i ya da güvenliğini bozmaya, aşırı yüklemeye, tersine mühendislikle çözmeye ya da yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak.
Hizmet’in kendisini iznimiz olmadan yeniden satmak ya da dağıtmak.

Bu koşulları ihlal eden içerikleri ya da hesapları askıya alabilir veya kaldırabiliriz.

05Yapay zekâ özellikleri

MeshMax, sağladığınız girdilerden 3D modeller, görseller ya da video üreten yapay zekâ özellikleri içerir. Gönderdiğiniz girdilerden ve çıktıları nasıl kullandığınızdan siz sorumlusunuz. Üretilen sonuçlar üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları tarafından işlenebilir ve onların koşullarına tabidir. Yapay zekâ çıktıları kusurlu ya da beklenmedik olabilir; onlara güvenmeden önce gözden geçirmelisiniz.

06Yayınlama ve embed

Bir sahneyi yayınladığınızda onu herkese açık bir URL’de erişilebilir kılarsınız ve Shopify, Wix, Webflow ya da kendi siteniz gibi üçüncü taraf platformlara embed edebilirsiniz. Yayınlanan sahnelerinizi nasıl ve nereye embed ettiğinizden ve bu platformların kurallarına uymaktan siz sorumlusunuz.

07Fikrî mülkiyetimiz

Hizmet — Studio, görüntüleyici yazılımı, web sitesi ve markamız dahil — MeshMax’e aittir. Bu koşullar size, Hizmet’i amaçlandığı şekilde kullanmanın ötesinde yazılımımız ya da markamız üzerinde hiçbir hak vermez.

08Beta ve erişilebilirlik

MeshMax şu anda beta aşamasındadır. Özellikler değişebilir, bozulabilir ya da kaldırılabilir; Hizmet hiçbir garanti olmaksızın “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekliyle” sunulur. Hizmet’in kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını veya içeriğin asla kaybolmayacağını garanti etmeyiz — lütfen önemli dosyalarınızın kendi yedeklerini tutun.

09Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde MeshMax, Hizmet’i kullanımınızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi ya da sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan veya veri, kâr ya da iş kaybından sorumlu değildir. Herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki üç ay içinde Hizmet için bize ödediğiniz tutarla ya da ücretsiz bir plan kullanıyorsanız sembolik bir tutarla sınırlıdır.

10Sona erme

Hizmet’i kullanmayı dilediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda ya da Hizmet’i veya kullanıcılarını korumak için erişiminizi askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Sona erme halinde Hizmet’i kullanma hakkınız sona erer ve içeriğinizi Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklandığı şekilde silebiliriz.

Bir hesabı silmeden önce her zaman uyarırız. Önce hesabın e-posta adresine yazarız; hesap ancak bildirim süresi dolduktan sonra silinir:

Kullanılmayan hesaplar: projesi ya da sayfası olmayan ve 12 aydır kullanılmayan ücretsiz bir hesap silinebilir. 30 gün önce e-posta göndeririz; giriş yapmanız ya da e-postadaki “Hesabımı koru” bağlantısı hesabı korur.
Bu koşulların ihlali: hesabı hemen askıya alabilir ve en az 7 günlük bildirimden sonra silebiliriz. Bir hata olduğunu düşünüyorsanız o tarihten önce e-postayı yanıtlayın.

Yasa dışı ya da zararlı içerik, hesap silinmeden hemen çevrimdışı alınabilir.

11Bu koşullardaki değişiklikler

Platform geliştikçe bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yaptığımızda yukarıdaki tarihi günceller ve bunu panelde size bildiririz. Bu koşulların hangi sürümünü ne zaman kabul ettiğinizi kaydederiz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

12Uygulanacak hukuk

MeshMax betadan çıkmadan önce bu koşullar için uygulanacak hukuku ve yetkili yeri belirleyeceğiz. O zamana kadar bu koşullar makul ölçüde ve iyi niyetle yorumlanır; buradaki hiçbir şey, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici yasaları kapsamındaki haklarınızı sınırlamaz.

Bu koşullar MeshMax betası için geçerlidir. Platform betadan çıkıp ücretli planlar eklendikçe koşulları güncelleyecek ve bu sayfayı güncel tutacağız.
